What are Earthset bracelets made of?
Every Earthset bracelet is made from genuine natural stones, hand-selected and strung on durable stretch cord. We use 8mm beads as our standard size. The cord is elastic and strong enough for daily wear, and each bracelet is hand-strung in Colorado.
Are the stones real?
Yes. We use 100% genuine natural stones — never synthetic, never glass, never plastic. Natural stones have natural variations in color, pattern, and opacity. These variations are not flaws — they're what make each bracelet unique.
Do you use dyed or treated stones?
Some stones are commonly heat-treated or stabilized (for example, most citrine on the market is heat-treated amethyst). We disclose any known treatments in our product descriptions. We never sell synthetic stones as natural.
What sizes are available?
We offer three sizes:
- Small: Fits wrists 5.5"—6.5" (bracelet length ~7")
- Medium: Fits wrists 6.5"—7.5" (bracelet length ~7.75")
- Large: Fits wrists 7.5"—8.5" (bracelet length ~8.5")

Do you make custom bracelets?
Not at launch, but custom orders are on our roadmap. Sign up for our email list to be notified when custom orders become available.
Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
- Free on US orders over $75
- $4.95 flat rate on orders under $75 (USPS First Class)
- $9.95 for Priority Mail upgrade (2—3 business days)
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 2—3 business days. Delivery takes 3—7 business days after shipping via USPS First Class, or 2—3 business days via Priority Mail.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is planned — join our email list to be notified.
Do you provide tracking?
Yes. Every order receives a tracking number via email as soon as it ships.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my bracelet?
Yes. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn items in original packaging. Customer pays return shipping. See our Return Policy for full details.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes. Free exchanges for sizing — email hello@earthset.co with your order number and we'll send a prepaid return label.
What if my bracelet arrives damaged?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We'll send a replacement at no cost.
Stone Properties
Do crystals really heal?
We share the traditional meanings and folklore behind each stone because the stories are genuinely fascinating — they span thousands of years and dozens of cultures. However, we do not claim that stones have the ability to heal, cure, or treat any medical condition. Our bracelets are jewelry, not medical devices.
Many people find that wearing a stone they've chosen with intention creates a meaningful daily reminder of their goals, values, or state of mind. Whether that's "healing" is a personal interpretation we leave to you.
What does "traditionally associated with" mean?
When we say a stone is "traditionally associated with" a quality (like calm, protection, or love), we mean that historical cultures, folklore, and popular crystal traditions have linked that stone to that quality. It's a way of sharing the story without making a claim we can't substantiate.
Where do you source your stones?
We source our stones from reputable suppliers who work with mines and stone cutters around the world. We prioritize suppliers who can speak to their sourcing practices and who provide genuine, natural materials. For specific stone origins, see our Our Stones page.
Care & Maintenance
How do I care for my bracelet?
- Remove before showering, swimming, or exercising
- Avoid contact with perfume, lotion, and cleaning products
- Store flat or on a bracelet holder (don't hang — it stretches the cord)
- Clean with a soft, dry cloth
Can I shower with my bracelet on?
We recommend removing it. Water won't damage the stones immediately, but repeated exposure weakens the stretch cord over time and can dull some stone surfaces.
What if my bracelet cord breaks?
If your cord breaks within 90 days of purchase, email us and we'll repair or replace it at no cost. After 90 days, we offer restringing for a small fee.
About Earthset
Who makes the bracelets?
Sara makes every bracelet by hand in her Colorado workshop. There is no factory, no assembly line, and no outsourcing.
What does the name "Earthset" mean?
Earth + set. The stones come from the earth. Each one is set with intention. It's also a nod to the idea of setting your intention — choosing a stone that means something to you.
Is Earthset a small business?
Yes. We're a one-person studio. Your support directly sustains an independent artisan.
