Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Earthset bracelet. If something isn't right, here's how we can help.

Returns: You have 30 days from delivery to return an unworn item in its original packaging. Customer pays return shipping. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the return.

Exchanges: Need a different size? We'll exchange it for free — just email us and we'll send a prepaid return label.

Damaged items: If your bracelet arrives damaged, email us within 7 days with a photo. We'll send a replacement at no cost.

Non-returnable: Custom orders, items marked "Final Sale," and gift cards cannot be returned.
